The BG Electrical Nexus Screwless Flat-Plate FBN74 is a black nickel 45A double pole cooker switch with a neon, manufactured by British General Electrical.

The FBN74 is a double pole 45A cooker switch suitable for use with appliances that require a higher load, such as cookers and electric showers. With an extremely thin plate (under 5mm thick from wall to face), flat profile, rounded edges and stylish black nickel finish, the FBN74 has a sleek, modern design to suit a wide range of interior decor.

This cooker switch is fitted with an integrated moisture-control gasket which allows the switch to be installed into a recently plastered wall without the finish tarnishing. It also features a flush neon which adds visibility in enclosed areas.

The Clip On, Clip off front plate design is secure and easy to use, and the FBN74 can be retrofitted into existing backboxes (47mm minimum depth required). It’s also supplied with colour-coded terminals, backed-out captive screws to make installation as simple as possible and 2 earth terminals to facilitate a high integrity wiring connection.
